This is a very good point. If you want prevention about gambling addiction, gambling is not what that should be prevented, the addiction should be what that should be prevented. No one should start gambling because they want to make money from it, they should gamble for fun instead. With this, they can gamble and prevent gambling addiction, instead of not gambling, depriving themselves from the fun they can have from it.
