I lost my free bet too. I got the two legs right and missed 1 by just 1 run because of this:

That game only reached 5 runs. If I had won that leg, I would’ve gotten around $95.

Anyway just giving some feedback, what I like about bet105.ag is that when you contact support, you’re really talking to a live agent right away, unlike most online casinos where you’re first connected to a bot before reaching a real agent.
I also managed to make withdrawal, although it took a bit over 6 hours before it was credited to my account.

Customer support is directly connected and not a bot that will answer us, but we need to know that customer support is not active for 24 hours, I have seen it several times, when customer support is not active then our messages will be replied via email, bet105 needs to make it 24 hours
