Since somehow its not impossible for Bitcoin to move this way especially that we already seen Bitcoin hit those new ATH for past couples of months. But its hard to say that it will go to $90k or even possibly hit on new ATH but what we can do is at least to monitor the market to see if there's going recovery would happen or price of Bitcoin will continue to decline.

Much better for people to hold and don't sell at lose since weak hands only goes panic also losers in this situation.

Experienced traders wouldn't be shocked by the market moves because they have seen it happen several times. The market is unpredictable, which is why traders should apply caution as they invest. The interest rate cut should have pushed the price higher just as it has done in a few months, but we didn't see that reaction this time. We experienced a slight price increase and the market began to decline. I also don't see the price going below $80,000 this year; maybe we might see such a decline by next year. For now I am still hopeful that Bitcoin will hit another all time high this year.
