That is the only way to access your holdings as an investor, so sharing it with anyone, regardless of who he or she is to you, is really risky and is not advisable.

Although I have once had a friend who almost became a victim of such an incident – someone chatted and told him he should send his seed phrase for activation of the account – luckily, he confronted me with the issue, and I discouraged him from doing such.
