I'm sorry for your bad health conditions. When you are ill, avoid self meditation and go for doctors check up. Health is wealth and you shouldn't joke with your health. Daily pushups is a very good exercise that enhances your physique and fitness. The out come of Pushups is equivalent to the efforts and the number of pushups a person has gathered even though it is not absolute.

It is Sunday and my day started with a road walk. Since I was with friends, the exercise was more interesting. Pushups sets were added along the roadside and other exercises too. Over the 2 kilometres jogging a total of 5 stops were made. 2 sets of varying number of pushups of 30,25*2,20*7 were made amounting to 220. I got home very exhausted and had my milk and egg mix. I have to get a lot of rest because tomorrow would be a long day to face.
