Week 7 has ended, and Barcelona now sits at the top with a one-point lead. However, this could just be a minor fluctuation in the standings, which is what makes the competition more exciting.

For Madrid, they will now face an easier opponent first in the Champions League, and I think this is a good opportunity to vent their frustration from the loss before they face Villarreal in Week 8.

We are there for both teams and this season i see four contenders, Atletico Madrid who are recovering i have seen that Villareal are also joining.
The rest is obviously in a bad state, but that's okay. If that were really the case, it would be great to have a more competitive league.

Atletico still seem to struggle with consistency, given their performances so far. When facing big clubs, they are often dominant, but when facing smaller clubs or those that are weaker than them, their performance is worse and they are unable to do much. Therefore, I still feel that Atletico can be more consistent in the middle or even at the end of the season, just like in previous seasons.

As for Villarreal, they are the dark horse at the moment, but in terms of competition, I am quite skeptical about their ability to fight until the end. Clubs like Betis, Villarreal, Sociedad, or even Girona in previous seasons have always been stumbling blocks, but they have always struggled to fight until the end, which makes me less confident that any club can compete with Madrid and Barcelona until the end of the season.
