Unfortunately, some coaches are like this. They do not have mistakes, they are perfect but the weather is against them, the stadium is in bad shape, the referee is helping their opponents, VAR should be banned if it doesn't help them, players didn't follow their tactics, blame a random player for his catastrophic mistake, say the administration didn't accept to recruit highly expensive players who are needed for his strategy.
All these are a small collection of the excuses used by these coaches and you can find more and more everyday.

So, is the coach supposed to perform miracles when he doesn't have a good squad? And from what I can see, Lukaku is clearly missed on the team. We're talking about a player who played 36 games, scored 14 goals, and provided 10 assists last season. That's an acceptable performance, and if the coach complained about his absence, I'd say it makes perfect sense. A team needs good players to be good, and when coaches complain, they know very well why they're complaining.

For example, in the case of Mourinho at AS Roma, I didn't see AS Roma's management buying very skilled players; they always opted to bring players on loan, but even so, Mourinho won the League Cup with AS Roma. Since Mourinho left, how many coaches have won anything for As Roma? I didn't see any
