Pushups exercises is good for the well being of the entire body and helps to improve the rate of waste excretion from the body through the skin pores. I made a report yesterday noting that there was an error in my previous reports where I mistakenly reported 381 instead of 281 days of pushups in the last 10th day. I corrected it yesterday but I noticed my last report where I effected the correction didn't reflect on the table @Dirtykeyboard. Sorry for causing you more stress to the much you already have.
