Bitcoin remained above $120,000 today. While Bitcoin was above $120,000, some major altcoins started to gain value.
It would be nice to see some green this month.

Bitcoin is the major driver of the crypto market and raises the bar daily. If it continues this way, we would probably get to $130k within the way. It's Uptober and investors are loving it.
It's getting tiring, going up and down. Today's workout was a full-body workout.
A few days ago, I had forearm pain again, and it kept coming and going. I didn't understand. I did 100 push-ups, and if I have free time tonight, I'll do some recovery work.
As a pushup lover, one feels that resting for a day or more could retire him to the bench, an experience he would never want to have. However, our health is paramount and it is even safer to moderate ourselves in order not to retire to the bench for a longer time.A few days ago, I had forearm pain again, and it kept coming and going. I didn't understand. I did 100 push-ups, and if I have free time tonight, I'll do some recovery work.
I am sorry for your pains, when next you feel such pain, pause a bit and monitor your body, stop and rest for the time. You may need to engage in other exercises too. Repeated engagement in push-ups with out a general workout also weakens a person and could get you bored over series of your pushups exercise.

Bitcoin is really doing great this period and we sit to watch bitcoin get to a new ATH within the week. Bitcoin doesn't take long to disappoint panic sellers.
BlackRock just increased their bitcoin reserves to over $443 million worth a day before.
It's still a buy buy days
