Yeah, I'll send him PM asking him to confirm. He appears to be really busy lately, so it might take a bit.

Edit: Forgot to answer hosting time question. All hosting costs have already been paid and contracts finish...

If you want to take over hosting and then have it shipped to you when completed:
-I won't charge extra for the May devices (10 or so free days of hosting if purchased today)
-For the June contract, I paid 0.15 per 30 days of hosting that would get refunded if I sold/shipped the device, so I want 0.6 for that.
