Not sure how you drew that conclusion. They only emailed me back to my request saying they are considering it, if enough people email and it gets some volume then they might just add it. If not then they should at least add it to the voting list where if enough traders using the site vote then it will get added. Other people said their emails got ignored so at least I got a response. So best thing you can do to help is send the message stating that you would support the coin trading there.
