Possibly. Is there a name for this condition? I have not heard of risking cancer on the (first) ray of sunlight. Summer must be very hard for these kinds of people then.

There's some conditions where people are sensitive to UV light and can't go out in the sun, but I don't think they get cancer straight away, but I'm sure it could lead to cancer if they did get exposed for long.
