3. Any wallets created after 5/16/14<--THE DAY OF ATTACK, are invalid and WILL NOT RECEIVE NEW COINS. This will eliminate the attackers stash of coins and we will be left with a surplus. Mintpal lost 22 mil coins from the double spend. We will reimburse Mintpal, so that they can give users back their coins.
I don't understand how this would eliminate the attackers coins. He/she could just send the coins to some older address?

As I understand, this is the first address and the addresses to which coins are sent from this to eliminate in distribution.
Anything other could be proved with transaction history and blockchain.
Ah ok, so it is known that this address contains attackers coins? But, it has only 1.6M coins which is not enough for attack, right?
