I think the first question we should ask ourselves is - What gives a cryptocurrency value?
Good marketing/promotion will only go so far as getting potential customers in the door, but without real value (ie. ways to spend the coins), most newcomers will just take off and leave.
So ultimately, having a good marketing director is not really enough. We need to have value-added services built on top of qora too.
I've got a few ideas I'll reveal later.
