I am interested in purchasing a SSL Certificate but i have a few questions regarding this. Sorry if i sound like newbie but there are many others who will have the same questions so making it easier for them.

3) For online stores EV SSL is the best because it will authenticate your domain as well as business information.
   For blog, you don't require any certificate if it is totally content based but if your blog involves any payment or cofidential information option,

4) For a starter DV (Domain Validation) SSL is the best.

If website/domain which you want to validate through DV SSL is hosted on multiple servers, then it is possible that you can access same certificate for those servers. But for that you have to install that same SSL on those servers.

But if you have different domain which are hosted on single server or multiple server then you require SAN SSL.
