The timestamp is in those images if you look closely.

Regarding the compensation, it was for customers who purchased Gridseed Blades and had them hosted or delivered by 2 certain date ranges.

This was not for 5-chip price drops. Also, regarding any support questions, please send a support ticket (support@gawminers.com).
