Please if anyone knows how to get this document on alternative ways I would like to know it. According to the attached pdf document the copies of the Amended Recognition Petition and accompanying papers are only available to parties-in-interest on the Bankruptcy Courts Electronic Case Filing System... :-(

I read through the "Amended Recognition Petition" and accompanying papers. Its not too exciting:
1. It recognizes that the main proceeding is the Japan bankruptcy proceeding.
2. It specifically gives Nobuaki Kobayashi (The duly authorized foreign representative) the right to examine witnesses, take evidence or deliver information concerning Mt Gox's assets, affairs, rights, obligations or liabilities of all of the Debtors assets within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.

It does not mention Sunlot or any of that stuff at all.
