Guys, I just had a genius idea. What if... we open up a C2C Support Desk. Customers ask questions. Customers answer questions. Rami sits in his chair and smiles.

Let me expand on this idea...
Best case:Maybe you could reward customers who answer questions and lighten your support load with BTC rewards based on performance (maybe per resolved issue).
Or...
Worst case:Offer a C2C Support Desk with user paid bounty system. Users could pay a BTC bounty (they set the price) and pay the reward into escrow, then when they choose a an answer the winner is awarded the bounty.
