Let me expand on this idea...

Best case:
Maybe you could reward customers who answer questions and lighten your support load with BTC rewards based on performance (maybe per resolved issue).

Or...

Worst case:
Offer a C2C Support Desk with user paid bounty system. Users could pay a BTC bounty (they set the price) and pay the reward into escrow, then when they choose a an answer the winner is awarded the bounty.
