I think even earlier. QRK skyrocketed from 50 to 25000 after block reward fell to 32. Q2C block reward is at 32 currently, but hashrate and general interest are way lower than QRK's were at that point in it's life, so no rocket yet. But it might go up very soon.

Today Qubitcoins had more 24h-Volume on Poloniex than Litecoins and Q2C is still Nr. 1 on Coinmarketcap (%Change 24h).
