Since we started business we want to be an us company but according to US low the company should be registered in USA and tax or partner should reside there and also need to be registered office in USA.
But being owner i reside in India and operate it from india. pay taxes in india hence this labelled india company. Being indian company it was difficult to gain trust of international clients in terms of support. But our statuary for providing 24 x 7 support worked to gain trust of US and other international clients.
Our sales and level 1 support operates from india and level2 - level3 admin support operated from USA
Do we have an US section of this forum ?

On a serious note, if u have to go for a good hosting service, the fact of the day is, u need to opt for an US/EU data center. I tried with some Indian hosting provider (datacenter at India) and felt the pain of explaining their support team "What is a htaccess".
...it is true that having an office location for billing/administration in India, does not make u an Indian provider. And why do u need this label anyway ? When u r online, the world is uR marketplace. Sell the world, but pay tax in India
