Moving forward there will be a lot of maneuvering and small players will have to be diligent. We have spent a hefty amount of money out of pocket on lawyers fees in the interest of all those small players. Moving forward we need to put in place a creditors council to make sure a fair resolution is made for everyone. There were several previous attempts by Hashfast to get the case dismissed, this seems to have failed.

What would be nice to know as a shareholder is:
If the TRO filed still stands
Whats the status of the funds required to be held by hashfast (BTC/USD)
what the prevision is for a bankruptcy restitution hearing in Texas.

Please do not reply with a 500 word essay on how hard life is, what a bunch of assholes we are and 50 other unrelated stories. We all lost money, we are all in the same boat, everyone is upset so the minimum you guys can do is give us the facts..
