I personally use Rabobank and have been with them for over 10 years now.
This of course has nothing to do with bitcoins so I did a quick search since, for as far as I know, regardless of their feelings towards bitcoins/cryptocurrency they cannot withhold you from using your money the way you want.
What they can do is block the account when you send money to an account that looks fishy, which will result in you having to call the bank, verify who you are, and then the transfer can be completed.
A lot of people say that the they do it to block bitcoins, but Ive personally also had these issues with other payments that were not Botcoin related.

In the end I think it doesnt really matter which bank you use in the Netherlands.
Then why do I use/stayed with the Rabobank? Well, they are the biggest, and 1 of just a few, banks in the Netherlands that didnt need financial support from the government and have an easy and user-friendly internet banking interface.
