DRK is based off similar code to bitcoin, if there is ever a privacy backlash against bitcoin, DRK will be easy to implement. Or it can simply be slotted in next to Bitcoin at any point, again because of similar code. Might take a little work and effort, but still easier than completely different source code.
This. RPC is how most websites interface with it and the commands are exactly the same... It takes a few minutes and poof, sites with BTC infrastructure are using DRK. Zero barriers to entry. No new crap to be vetted on the web dev end. Backend already proven...
