As long as the payments keep happening, I think we can be satisfied that he is attempting to make restitution. This is day six for me without a payment made, but I can see that he IS paying people and so I'm willing to cut him some slack, as long as people ARE being paid and a significant number of them.

As for transparency...we're never going to get that. He could say whatever he wanted, we have virtually no way to confirm what's happening. What I trust is people confirming they've been paid, and the results showing up on the spreadsheet. He agreed to repay me within 20-40 days and he's WAY off that pace, now...so even if he gives you a plan for repayment, it isn't a guarantee.
