Although he was talking about 40 posts an hour, you're right. 40 posts a day won't probably get someone banned if they're constructive posts. But damn that's not something acievable in one single hour.

40 posts a day can be done easily, but 40 constructive posts an hour? No way man.
Lets say that one post takes 3 minutes, thats 20 posts an hour. if you write 40 an hour thats just insane.
