1. Encrypted Messaging

I'm going to be honest, I really don't understand how this is that useful. There are plenty of encrypted messaging services already and the one introduced by Cinni appears to require that the wallet has sent a transaction before. How do you communicate with someone to find out their public key for EM... without using some other messaging system first? The whole thing seems pretty moot to me.

Does your vericoin wallet needs to be synchronizizing with network to be up to date for the blocks first before u can mine?
