If your going to run a business where you are holding large amounts of other peoples money, you need to be the one in control of it, not some 3rd party. Is this a whitelabel? If you own the rights to the games, you would make much more money just selling the games individually than as a whole casino.

If you could answer those questions + prove income, I would agree with your pricing.
