I'm all for waiting till end of pow for exchanges... but if you really want to get on bittrex asap all it takes is a bunch of tweets with " @bittrexexchange please accept #Luotuscoin #LTS for trading " (and always add a few extra #'s of coins that have a lot of volume being traded)
means that within a year and a half recently it will see an exchange?
this coin is dead, if so as you say lol sorry I thought it was another 2 week pow.

if holders can't be bothered to send out tweets and request... why would bittrex think there is any interest in the coin? it's how they work, andhow coins get listed so fast... the ones that pay get the little advertisement on bittrex main page.
the dev sending in one request is just one person... but 20 tweets from 20 diff people will let them know there is interest..
