How about the truth then -- it would be so much easier to assess our (common) situation here if they, for once, would tell the whole truth and/or disclose their communications with China etc etc. All that "continues to ship" and "resume shipping" stuff doesn't cut it (and isn't true)!

We want

  (1) mining hardware,
  (2) a true and honest report on when we will see it at our doorstep if it isn't on its way (proof would be a tracking number)
  (3) due to overly missing all thinkable deadlines, a no-nonsense AND IMMEDIATE refund where requested

If Minersource do care about their business and their overall future prospects, they better start talking and/or doing no-nonsense refunds NOW. I would be the first to post good news of them still turning out to be reliable immediately after receiving my hardware or my money back.

It would be in THEIR best interest, seriously...
