Also there is a big difference between "Shipment begins in Q2", as KNC stated, and "Shipment finishes in Q2", as you are interpreting and inventing.
And I think them stating yesterday they ran out of wafer/chips is acknowledging a major delay in the Neptune delivery timeline.
