Since a major part of our mining revenue is deposited into a cold wallet instead of stuffing them into the hot wallet directly for increasing the security of the funds. Our wallets are emptied after some recent withdraws. We've now restocked our hot wallet, sorry for troubling you to re-submit your withdraw request.

Okay, now the withdrawal worked. But it would be convenient if this would be communicated to the clients on your homepage once they want to withdraw - or a message which says that you have received the request for a withdraw and then you could perform it by hand...
