So I got the board out. Rectangle Pyrex dish and 2 bottles of 99 iso alcohol. Old tooth brush that vibrates too. Soaked, washed, scrubbed, and rinsed the board with iso. Dried it off with some towels and waited about an hour and it still has a short between the positive and negative.
