Ryan - I think you should disqualify all ratings of 1 that were made without any explanation on legitimate books. A rating of 1 is supposed to be reserved for scams.

It's true, if anyone want to give 1 he/she must explain why because it's clearly written in OP that 1 means terrible or most probably scam.

Ryank must not accept any rating of 1 without any proof.
