You can't really make a Kickstarter if you have nothing to offer in your return. You have to give the backers something. You can only withdraw from kickstarter with a US bank. You can "IPO" something on this forum, no kickstarter needed.

50$ - announcement of gratitude with your nick/name on the party
100$ - announcement of anything you like on the party
