We need somebody to create website where anybody can pay $$ in exchange for the Minerals similar to this http://mineralsale.me/ but with lesser quantities and more adequate (preferably dynamic prices)

Current Minerals/Dollar exchange is available in wallet in exchange tab.

Yeah but we would
1. prefere Minerals dedicated exhchange
2. Prefere much more fair exchange rates
3. Prefere platform that actually accept PayPal

Also for the start - it would be great just to sell Minerals for PayPal. Buying Minerals for PayPal is a next step - as I stated we will buy out Minerals from the streamers and top players to make their life easyer for no but as we growing we will need this sort of platform. And you will be able to make some revenue from all that - buy cheap sell expensive - easy.
