yes,but the game lacks the guidelines!!!

The game is not good enough now, the biggest drawback is lack of guide, and some places are not very user-friendly

I think the game also need to add a bulletin board used to publish updates info.

Although there are many deficiencies, but the quality of game screen and the gameplay are pretty good.
