I wont even come close to ROI. Im at the point im going to call my credit card up again and ask for help. To restate....Paid $1250 for item and didnt ship. Lowered price to $995 and shipped. Also declared item as $100 in US customs. Is that fraud?

This is because of fraud on his part. He fails to ship, does not communicate, we call our cc asking for help, he is notified by the cc, price is lowered and he finally ships. If anyone is having problems and paid with cc, please at least call your cc and ask how to proceed. They may offer advice or withhold payment till its resolved.

Ironic, they are the fraudulent party here.
