usd/btc : btc-e bitstamp (but the fee is too high. I think the fee would lower after btcc/okcoin support usd/btc).

Another way, u can use less money buy btc or more money sell btc.
now $620 ; just buy as $610 ~ $500 per btc ; or sell as $630~$700 per btc.
