what if they wait till wallet release?
The coins go to certain addresses. The coins can be tracked and its not hard for C-Cex to check if these addresses are in their DB. If these addresses do not match there and they don't match the pool addresses as well, that means that someone have a compiled wallet already.
how can we be sure c-cex will do that? or how can we know c-cex isn't behind this?
according to dev only c-cex and 3 pools have the source so one of them should be responsible about the missing blocks.

yeh this is really dumb. I don't think its the dev, but someone is taking the fucking piss.
Dev - say you will hardfork these blocks out later or do something, this person is undermining the whole thing of this coin being fair.
If a block was sent not to one of the 3 pools - surely that is an illegal block and should be hardforked out.
