It seems like some misunderstanding. At the start of every turn，you have to make your option for 1% fee or 0 fee，and it won't change till the end of this turn. You have to make your decision before signing contract，if you don't want to pay any fee，you can choose 0 fee and as result，when the verification comes to 6，we will keep your stake. So when you pay 1% we will repay your stake to you once you choose to pay 1%. Respectively，when you win this turn，we will charge no fee if you pay 0 fee or charge you 1% if you pay 1% fee.

Before signing contract，your option is not the same as the others，so we will process independently once you make your option.
