I would think that in 2014 that a business that has a website would have that figured out. I have replied to that email and messaged OP here with no success to see if its possible to just pay the fees separate and I cannot get a response. Now I am going to have to go through the paypal resolution center just to "retract" this deal and I am sure I will get some response now. We will see.

Paypal fees are extremly high on paypal the take from us 5% commission than 5% again when converting fund from USD to HongKong Dollars, that's 10% fees, and there is the option on the website "FREE SHIPPING" or "International Shipping, why did you select free shipping?
