Sergey_A your name sounds like you come from Russia. In Russia could you express your opinions freely without any restraint from the government ?
There are a lot of countries in the world you cannot express your opinions without permission from regulators. Even using forums you still need permission from admin/moderators to post something.
How about a forum where you could post anything you want?
