According to their terms of services they can block any user that appears to have "fraudulent behaviour". This just seems like one big joke. Sadly it isn't. The support (that of course doesn't even have a name) is being dead serious and somehow thinks this is a good way to do business.

Can you post a few screenshots, and your deposit TXID? If you can prove that they are blocking your withdrawals for ANY reason (even 'fraudulent behavior'), they are a scam.

The site is provably fair. there is NEVER any question to if you have won or not. So everyone should be able to withdraw at all times.
