some people enjoy drinking lots because they use alcohol in life as medicine. Habits of those people are very good they drink only 15ml alcohol after dinner for good sleep and digestion of food . Too much drinking is harmful for health.

I never got why people claim that drinking alcohol after dinner actually helps with the digestion? If anything it maybe just irritates the intestines and at best sterilizes the food or digestive liquids...
