Wow! I guess I should be dead now since I licked both of my hands and grabbed the + and - terminals of my 875 Amp 12v car battery, oh wait its DC just like the PSU pins. 
Didn't you ever lick a 9v PPA battery as a kid? That's DC and it gives a pretty satisfying buzz
