In Europe you go to jail if you try to sell bankruptcy assets, because they are in ownership of the creditors. Does the judge know about that?

They are selling inventory to raise money with the knowledge of the judge and the committee. How hard they are trying is really up for debate since they are not exactly trying that hard to publicize the sale nor selling hashing boards but instead just putting out a hidden list on their website. One has to wonder why they are not trying to publicize their sale. Seems very fishy to me.
