I purchased my two orders of two units each on the 31st of last month and the 1st of this month and haven't seen crap for movement, also no emails.

I'm having the same problem as you. I contacted both via pre-sale and after sales with a similar question, asking when my order would be shipped first and then asking why others appear to have been shipped ahead of my order of four units when their orders were made days later than mine. I have yet to receive any response on the Bitmain website messaging system.
