No DEV is protecting his coin, in past you must have been involved in fud, the dev takes no risk with imbeciles. If you are on blacklist you have been put on the blacklist by third party member who is involved in Fud control. I think if you are black listed it wil help limit spammers and fudders, also remember if you are not on board its too late, so tough luck. Sorry.
