Hello! While I am looking at your list I noticed that you have 102 names on here with 3 crossed out. I assume that means you only have 99 people then? Well, yes, if people free up some spots or dicebitco.in add more spots then new members can join!

But they will only do that after they do payout because then they will see who is in and who is out and how many places are left for new users to join campaign. So, no need to ask DiceBitcoin for joining because it will be declined.

Once this term is over, DiceBitcoin might consider to lower the rate a bit and open up spots for new members.
